After having an extremely warm September, we’re all noticing that autumn is really on its way. Although I will miss long warm summer days, I know I’ll also enjoy next season. Now that I can wear a lot more layers, I regularly buy some new things to combine.
Luckily, my roomie had some time off last weekend to shoot some pictures of me with the clothing I just bought. It was a beautiful day to go outside, so afterwards we decided to have a drink with snacks at Meneer Nieges to reward ourselves. Take a look and let me know what you think!
We cycled to ‘Houthavens’ in Amsterdam to create the best scenery. The streets are not as crowded as the rest of Amsterdam and it’s full of cute little houses, flowers and different kinds of views of the city.
The combination of a sweater and a skirt is perfect in my opinion: it’s sophisticated without being too classy and my new bag just makes every outfit better. I love the fact that it’s a classic, just like the COS Chelsea boots I bought last year. I’m not a fan of extreme bright colours and prints, because it just doesn’t do anything for me. Therefore, I’m in love with this look and its simplicity. Although the sweater was still a little warm during the day, when the sun went down, it became a necessary object.
