A new fashion season is on its way! Not all of us are looking forward to the cold and dark days that are coming in a few months (including me), but I have to say: I absolutely love the winter for its fashion season! I already found some fashion trends in stores and I noticed that many trends had something to do with blouses. As I’m a big fan of this specific clothing piece, I’ll share my fashion finds with you today. And the fun thing is that most of these trends involve a lot of flowers. So don’t be sad, summer’s not completely over yet!
One of my favourite kinds of blouses: the pyjama! Because, who doesn’t want to wear their pyjama to work? Mostly from silky fabrics and with the remarkable button closure. Combine it with some matching trousers, or keep it casual and wear it with some jeans.
This trend applies on different clothing pieces, but blouses are definitely one of them. The colours are all a little darker than the summer floral prints. Colours that are used are mostly black, deep red, pastel pink and ochreous. These blouses are a good way to spice up your winter outfit!
Another trend which often consists of flowers, but not the same as the print version. We already saw some embroidery blouses this spring/summer, but it’s still going strong. A lovely addition to a wardrobe!
Ruffles, Victorian collars, balloon and bell sleeves: it all belongs to the Victorian trend that’s happening right now. The shape is just a little different than a normal blouse, which is just enough to make it all a bit more special.
Q: What’s your favourite blouse?
